​Cancelling Your Order

​

• You have the right to cancel your order only during the period in which your order has not been dispatched. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched via email.

• In order to cancel, you must give us notice of cancellation via email which must be acknowledged by us.

Returning Your Order

​

• You must return the order at your own expense within 15 days (including weekends and bank holidays) of the date you received the item. To ensure safe receipt by us we recommend you return the items by recorded delivery. 

• The order must be unopened (with any seals, boxes and other packaging intact) and in its original condition. We will not give a refund for any item that has packaging tampered with or opened or if it is returned damaged in transit due to unsuitable packaging used.

• If the item is returned within 15 days of delivery, it is unopened and undamaged, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) you have returned.

Sending Your Return​

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Ensure the item is in its original packaging.

2. Send us an email detailing the reason for your return. This note must include your order number, name, address, full postcode and your contact e-mail.

3. If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address via email. Wrap the item securely and send the package to that address.
